Hi! I’m Lorena. 👋  I take care of People in early-stage startups.

For 8 years, I’ve helped early-stage startups build dream teams across the US, EU, Oceania Asia, and Latam.

I deal with the full end-to-end process. My expertise include: Recruitment, Employer Branding, Payroll & Benefits, Onboarding, Offboarding, and HR management.

Here at Founding I built the entire HR structure from scratch & I am all about building scalable recruitment processes, achieving ambitious hiring goals, and sourcing top-tier global talent.
